Christiana Village is 77 income-restricted apartments spread across four separate sites in downtown Wilmington — efficiencies, one-bedrooms, two- and three-bedrooms, all part of a single property-wide rehabilitation.
PPR turned the apartments.
What PPR Handled
Unit turnarounds across the property:
- New kitchen cabinets
- New bathroom fixtures
- New flooring throughout
The wider program covered the building envelope, roofing, windows, mechanical systems, and life-safety work. PPR's line was inside the apartments.
