Both Manhattan programs run through the same uptown neighborhoods. At 99 Fort Washington Avenue the finished kitchens went in above occupied floors; at Audubon, Bethune Gardens and Marshall Plaza the same spec covers 558 more apartments across three buildings, still in progress.
